At Astrilon, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What You Can Return or Exchange
We accept both defective and non-defective product returns:

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items — if your item arrives faulty or not as ordered, we’ll replace it or refund you.

Non-defective items (change of mind, wrong size, different color, etc.) — accepted if the product is:

Unused and unworn

In original packaging, with tags attached

Free of damage or alterations

Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

Non-defective returns: Customer is responsible for paying the cost of return shipping.

Defective/incorrect items: We’ll send you a replacement at no cost to you or issue you a full refund.

Refunds — Method & Timing

Refund method: Same payment method used for your order.

Processing time: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. Inspection time is between 1-3 days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time (5-10 business days) to post the credit. The total refund processing time can take up to 30 days.

Refund amount: Product price (minus non-refundable shipping, duties, or taxes).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will send you the correct item immediately if an incorrect or damaged item was sent at no charge to you.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve paid?
Contact us and we will do our best to help. We cannot guarantee cancellation as orders are immediately passed on to the warehouse. If it has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel your order, and you will have to return the product.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
