All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or collection launches, processing times may vary slightly.
If any issue arises — such as incomplete payment, address discrepancies, or stock delays — our team will contact you directly via email before your order ships.

Delivery Timeframes

  • United States: 7–10 business days after dispatch

  • International Orders: 10–14 business days after dispatch

Please note that these estimates exclude processing time. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your package’s status in real time https://astrilon.com/apps/track123. If tracking updates appear delayed, it’s typically due to carrier processing or customs clearance.

We offer Priority Shipping on all orders.

United States

  • $6.95 flat rate for orders under $100

  • Free Priority Shipping on orders $100 and above

International Orders

  • $8.95 flat rate for orders under $100

  • Free Priority Shipping on orders $100 and above

Taxes and Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Astrilon cannot control or predict these charges, and delays caused by customs are beyond our authority.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our team at support@astrilon.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once processing or shipment begins, we’re unable to make changes or cancel the order. In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving your package.
